E-Signature & Electronic Records Disclosure

This disclosure explains your rights when signing Lunar documents electronically — including your right to paper instead. It applies to the Pre-Inspection Agreement and any other document we ask you to sign or receive electronically. It is provided under the federal E-SIGN Act and Florida's Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (§668.50, Florida Statutes).
1.What you're consenting to
By electing to sign electronically, you consent to receive and sign the designated documents — typically the Pre-Inspection Agreement, service confirmations, and related notices — in electronic form, delivered to the email address you provide at scheduling. Consent applies to the transaction at hand; we'll ask again for future engagements rather than treating one yes as forever.
2.Your right to paper copies
Electronic signing is a convenience, not a requirement. You may request any document in paper form — before signing or as a copy afterward — at no charge, by emailing support@lunarinspections.com or calling (877) 699-3299. Choosing paper does not affect scheduling beyond ordinary delivery time.
3.Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent to electronic records at any time before signing, at the same contacts above, without penalty — we'll switch the transaction to paper. Withdrawal takes effect when we receive it and doesn't affect the validity of documents already signed electronically.
4.What you need to sign electronically
A current web browser, a valid email address, and a device able to view PDF documents. If you can read this page and receive our email, you have what's needed. If a technical problem prevents you from accessing a document, contact us and we'll provide it another way.
5.Keeping your contact details current
Electronic delivery goes to the email address you provided at scheduling. If it changes before your inspection is complete, update it by email or phone at the contacts above so records reach you.
6.Legal effect of your e-signature
Under the federal E-SIGN Act and Florida's Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (§668.50, Florida Statutes), a document signed electronically with your consent has the same legal force as a handwritten signature on paper. You'll receive a completed copy of every electronically signed document by email, and copies remain available from us on request.
